In order for you to become a Transwheel customer and get access to the TRANSWHEEL Customer Portal, you must first meet the following set of requirements:

1. You must provide a copy of your business license.
2. Your business must fall in one of the following automotive related categories:
Automotive Dealership
Auto Parts Store
Body Shop
Insurance Adjuster
Rental Car Company
Salvage Yard
Tire Store
Wheel Dealer
3. You must complete the Application found online. All portions of the Application must be completed and signed. Application and business license must be returned via fax to 260-358-2547 or mailed to 3000 Yeoman Way, Huntington, IN 46750 ATTN: Sales Department.
